The Problem
First time health & wellness employees needed an eLearning course that could better help them educate their customers on vitamin supplementation.
The Solution
A course that could be easily viewed on their iPad tablets while on breaks and assisting retail customers. The course is also printable as a PDF for further reference when needed.

The Process
I worked with retail managers and conducted vitamin research before embarking on storyboarding/outlining the learning outcomes.
Vocabulary Module
I met with the SME before designing the course. During the meeting, the SME discussed the need for a vocabulary element to help new employees understand the proper health and wellness terms when assisting retail customers.
